Responsibilities:

Assist in resolving complex customer inquiries and provide creative solutions.

Collaborate with clients, general contractors, design team and subs to understand their needs and preferences.

Estimate complex construction projects.
-
Design and estimate high-end, sustainable residential outdoor spaces.
-
Deliver design presentations to customers.
-
Communicate plans and support production goals with design assistants and Project Managers.
-
Continuously improve process and services to improve customer and employee satisfaction.
Qualifiacations:
-
Work portfolio with 2+ years of experience in a construction landscaping design position.
-
Demonstrated ability to understand customers’ vision, earn customer's trust and craft an attractive solution for their landscape project.
-
Experience of independently managing landscape design and construction projects.
-
Proficient in landscape CAD design.
-
Strong working knowledge of the principles and elements of design – commitment to continued growth and education.
-
Able to balance creativity and accuracy in a fast-paced, high-productivity environment.
-
Knowledge of local horticulture sources, suppliers, landscape materials and plant availability.
-
Display awareness of core facets of landscape construction such as hardscape, irrigation, and planting.
-
Adept at interpreting and designing across a broad range of styles and individual tastes.
-
Display awareness of the many facets of landscape construction, including, but not limited to - hardscape, grading, construction code, lighting and irrigation, and planting.

Have a valid Washington driver's license and good driving record.

Excellent communication skills.
-
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

We are currently seeking a full-time Landscape Construction Designer/Sales (when needed) employee with a Monday through Friday work schedule at $55,000-$80,000 per year DOE. Bonus opportunities are available.
