We are currently seeking a full-time Project Manager/Sales Estimator with a Monday through Friday work schedule at $65,000-$80,000 a year DOE. Bonus opportunities are available.
Responsibilities:

Prepares and tracks budgets for landscape construction projects.

Collaborate with clients, general contractors, design team and subs to understand their needs and preferences.

Prepares contracts for landscape construction projects.

Manages all aspects of landscape construction projects.

Manages all aspects of maintenance projects.
-
Organized Management: Manage construction files, photos, plans, proposals, etc., for easy retrieval and streamlined project coordination.

Meet deadlines and ensure projects come in at or under budget.

Although rare occasion, prepare estimates when needed to do so.
Skills:
-
Proven experience in project management, landscape design, estimating and sales, with a strong portfolio of successful projects managed.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Landscape Architecture, Engineering, Horticulture or a related field a plus.

Strong ability to read plans and specifications as well as the ability to quickly sketch details for clarification and review.

Strong problem solving skills is a MUST!

3 years of client service experience within the landscape industry.

Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors and team members.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Knowledge of local landscaping regulations and trends.

Self-motivated and driven to achieve goals.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of local plant species, climate conditions, and soil types.
