In this role you will:

• Demonstrate your high working standards and attention to detail as you play a major role in the construction of patios, walkways, steps, and retaining walls.

• Show your flexibility as you work with various members of our company when necessary and assist with snow removal during winter months.

• Feel a sense of accomplishment as you execute proper construction techniques, and utilize equipment like power tools, small machinery, and hand tools in a safe and efficient manner.

• Improve your strength as you work in the great outdoors while regularly lifting at least 50 pounds.

• Improve your communication skillset by prioritizing punctuality and maintaining a professional appearance when interacting with customers and following directions.

• Exemplify your excellent organizational skills when routinely loading and unloading company vehicles.

• Collaborate effectively with other crew members.

 

Skills:

• Skid steer & Excavator operation experience a plus

• Strong problem solving skills is a MUST!

• Ability to show working knowledge of tools and equipment.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Trencher operating skills a plus

• Team player.

• Ability to pull and back trailers.

• Self-motivated and driven to achieve goals.

• Knowledge of various landscape installations, sprinkler systems and soil types.

Schedule:

• 8-12 hour shifts 40-60 hours per week in peak season.

Experience:

• Landscape crew: 1 year of pavers, retaining walls and general landscape (Required)

 

License/Certification:

• Driver's License with clean record (Required)
